Paulius Senuta

Paulius Senūta is a founder and CEO of Not Perfect | Y&R (previously Y&R | garage 4x4 Vilnius), the running Agency Of The Year in Lithuania - the agency that grew to become third biggest agency there just in second year of its operations. A planner by trade he has worked for 50+ clients in different sectors including finance, telecommunications, beer, fmcg, retail etc. Among other work, Paulius Senūta has led the group of people that developed the endorsed Lithuania‘s image building concept in the world.

Before starting his advertising career he has worked on a Client side as Marketing Director and has been involved in various entrepreneurial activities from show business to computer trade, with eclectic working career covering Lithuania, Latvia and Poland. Paulius Senūta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration and has attended various Arts studies. He is a constant writer to business press and speaker at conferences on subject of advertising and branding.
